Privacy and disclaimer

Use the site without turning participant experience into unnecessary data collection.

The site is designed to minimize collection while keeping the framework and documentation tools useful.

Local tools

The chronology builder stores entries only in the browser’s local storage on the device being used. The warning-sign checklist is not transmitted to the site. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to see saved chronology entries. Clearing browser data or using the site on another device may remove or make local entries unavailable.

Contact

Contact links open the visitor’s own email application. Visitors should not send unnecessary confidential housing, health, identity, or legal records by ordinary email.

Educational framework

Administrative Displacement is a descriptive public-interest framework. It is not a formally established legal term, an independent legal claim, legal advice, medical advice, a government finding, or a substitute for qualified professional assistance.

Confidentiality and evidence handling

Public examples are de-identified, and sensitive participant information is not published unnecessarily. Source boundaries are preserved so summaries do not blur what a document says, what a participant reports, and what analysis adds.

Documentary fact is distinguished from participant account, interpretation, inference, and unresolved questions. A missing record is not automatically proof of misconduct, and an attributed participant report is not presented as independently verified unless supporting evidence has been reviewed. A chronology can establish sequence; by itself, it does not establish motive, retaliation, discrimination, illegality, or causation.

Urgent matters

This site does not provide emergency response, legal representation, or housing case management. Urgent housing loss, safety, medical, or legal deadlines should be directed to appropriate qualified local services.
